01Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Accentiq Solutions website, engaging our services, or executing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services. Materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
02Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:
- i.Modify or copy the materials;
- ii.Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
- iii.Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
- iv.Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials; or
- v.Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server.
This license terminates automatically if you violate any restriction and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
03Service Subscription & Commitment
The following terms govern all paid service plans offered by Accentiq Solutions:
All service plans carry a minimum 30-day initial commitment from the date of first payment. This period allows sufficient time to onboard, configure, and begin delivering results.
After the initial 30-day period, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with written notice. No further monthly billing will occur after your cancellation is confirmed. Any period already paid will continue through its end date.
Partial months are not refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
04Setup Fees — Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your setup fee is collected at checkout and triggers an immediate work order. Upon payment, a developer is assigned, your account is provisioned, and resources are allocated. The following cancellation terms apply:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of checkout for a partial refund of 75% of the setup fee. The remaining 25% is retained by Accentiq Solutions to cover processing, administrative costs, and time already allocated.
After the 24-hour window has elapsed, setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Work will have commenced and resources committed. No exceptions are made.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour period, contact us in writing at the email address provided in your onboarding confirmation. Cancellation requests submitted after the window will not be eligible for any refund.
05Asset Ownership & Exit Policy
Accentiq Solutions is committed to ensuring you leave with your assets intact should you choose to discontinue service. The following terms apply upon cancellation or non-renewal:
- a.Website Files & Logins — Upon cancellation, Accentiq will provide you with your raw website files and all associated login credentials (CMS, hosting panel, and any third-party accounts provisioned on your behalf) within 10 business days of your final billing date.
- b.Hosting & Domain — Your website hosting and domain name will remain active for up to 12 months from the date of your initial setup, regardless of when you cancel your subscription. After 12 months, hosting and the domain will expire unless you initiate a transfer prior to that date.
- c.Domain Transfer — If you wish to transfer your domain to your own registrar before the 12-month expiry, Accentiq will cooperate with the transfer at no additional cost. You are responsible for any fees charged by your chosen registrar.
- d.CRM Account — Your CRM account and associated data (contacts, conversations, automations) will be available for export for 30 days post-cancellation, after which the account will be archived.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

07Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Accentiq Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
08Accuracy of Materials
Materials on this website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials on this website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials at any time without notice and do not commit to keeping them updated.

11Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most widely used and trusted payment platforms. Accentiq Solutions never stores, sees, or has access to your full credit card details. All card data is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com.
12Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.
Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
